Please Note: When you make a purchase from the Digital Resource’s order page, that purchase will appear on your Credit/Bank card statement as “DIGITAL RESOURCES”.

Refund Policy:In order to obtain your refund from Digital Resources, contact customer service by phone or email which is listed above. In order for your refund to be processed by us please contact us within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Once our customer service representative has your refund request and purchase information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending upon the speed of the processing bank. You do not need to return anything for a refund. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 days to show in your account.

Digital Resources will initiate a refund within 24 hours from the time the customer requests the refund. Please note it can sometimes take up to 5 business days before the refund credit is applied back to the account from which it came.
